Has Russell Martin ever gotten a big hit??

His DP today in the 9th didnt affect any of my bets whatsoever so this isnt a spilled milk thread. Ive just been watching this guy on the Dodgers and now NYY and he is literally the most putrid offensive player i think Ive ever seen. Solid catcher, seems like a good guy but man is he awful at the plate. I remember being at a dodger game a few years back and he came up in a big spot and when they announced his name you just could hear the crown moan, it was hilarious. Then . . BANG . . . double play!!!! This guy needs to find a way to at least be serviceable at the plate

i dont know how girardi keeps putting him out there..guys clearly rattled at the plate..he bunted on the first pitch first two at bats..

but what bonehead managing by girardi..how do you PH for the hot chavez and let martin hit?
