They should him throwing and running around last night. He looked fine. As far as him not being able to get out of bed or move, well believe what you want to believe. I do believe my eyes from last night and he looked healthy loose and ready to go.

sherzer will be gone fast if he shows any signs of injury. corbin will be up next. what worries me is if cole is looming in the darkness to assist greinke if hes gets in trouble.

Way back in the 1960s pitchers including Sandy Koufax got cortisone shots...the 'left arm of God' got his shots for elbow pain a lot of the times. I miss seeing him pitch...the thing that was special about Mr. Koufax was the movement on his 4 seam fastball and his overhand curve. The fastball would rise late as it got to the plate and the curve would drop straight downward at the plate.
A lot of great pitchers over the years threw harder than him but only one Sandy Koufax... an_speak thebaseball
