Nats have the best record in baseball since beginning of June. ..Both Yankees and Astros will have Homefield....No way Astros lay -250 especially if they go 7 with the Yankees. -175 Astros....-150 Yankees.

Currently Houston is -125, I think that shoots to -165ish if they clinch
I have Nats at 14/1, 300 to win 4200, trying to figure out how to hedge here

The game 1 line will be the series price line...IF Astros make it and game 1 is Cole/Sherzer....then Cole would be a -150/-170 fave, which is probably the series line.

Current FanDuel odds are NY - 170 Hou - 180 so yes in a sense you are correct. A good wager if your book allows it is a Game 1/WS winner prop on Hou that should be around - 110. Pretty much knocks off two birds with one stone at the fairest price possible.

Cinderella teams normally don't win it all if you look at history.
2016 Cleveland
2015 Mets
2014 Kansas City
2008 Tampa
2007 Colorado
2006 Detroit

I wouldn't be too concerned. I think Hou has the edge but NY can always come back up 3 - 2 needing 1 more. While Was has been hot, teams that sweep LCS never win, they still have a terrible bullpen that was extremely shaky the two times they were tested in games 2 & 3 by L.A. Also Was is a NL team and outside of SF, NL teams have been 2 - 5 in the past decade. Also Hou has pretty much shut down a much tougher NY lineup. Was lineup will be nowhere as tough to get outs. I plan on rooting for NY for 4 so I can double down on Hou FTW.

I eont know how the money will fall but I have futures on both possibilities from early summer.
Nats / Houston 100/4050
Nats / Yankees is 100/3625
Either way I am happy but the kicker is I really need the Nats to win as I have a 500/11500 on Nats to win the Series. It was worth a shot at 25-1. Guess I am rooting for NYY even, with smaller initial payout, as Nats probably have a better chance against them in a Series matchup.
Good luck all,
