but they've historically me by not scoring RUNS!  & can I just say that Dan Uggla is overrated? The fact that there are people out there trying to compare his play to Utley is RIDICULOUS. That guy is a double-sided fuck.. he fucks me when I bet the Marlins by not producing or in the field OR when I bet against the Marlins, he goes 3-4 with 3Rbis.. He's really NOT good. Enough.

Small play probably, but I want to go large.... NL sucks my gonads ...thats right, I said GONADS...abbrev...MY NADS. Thanks for reading

not scared money, its the truth.. I want to hear from people who feel comfortable betting the Marlins.. or many NL teams. In most cases, betting an NL game is like goals to a soccer match..lineups  thin out FAST..

 Since coming off the DL Sanchez is having issues getting out lefties. The Cards have loaded the lineup full of switch hitters and left handed hitters tonight. Ankiel is in the lineup also

I am on FLA....Cards got out of Chicago late last night....coming off big series with cubs with sold-out crowds every game and now they play FLA in front of a bunch of empty seats....I expect a letdown. plus, pineiro is a fucking bastard.

the Cards did play a late one last night then had to travel a pretty good distance

Why do people keep using this logic as if it matters. These are professional athletes. Its not like they've been running all night like in basektball. Hell 1/3 of them dont even play when its a late night to afternoon or evening game. The Cards have about 4 or 5 different people in the lineup anyway who didnt play last night, so that logic doesnt make sense. The Dodgers flew across the country on Friday and beat the Giants soundly...and lost the next 2 games.

Not to bash, I just hate seeing this logic because it costs people money, especially those who are uninformed. I'm not on this game just wanted to give people who want "Pound the Marlins" a different view point. I hope the Marlins win though

of course it matters. Tony La Russa thinks it matters. To rest his players, he had them skip BP. then you say,"Practice???"....practice matters because baseball is a game of routines and when teams do something they don't regularly do, it affects them. I am not saying travel is the number one factor in betting but all else being equal, late night travel is not good....

I meant it didnt matter for the sake of "oh they played last night and didnt leave until midnight so Im going to blindly take the Marlins". Cap the game and see who has the edge. Every game for these 2 teams matters now and there going to do everything possible to win. Routine is huge for baseball players but at the end of the day the pitcher has to MAKE the pitch and the hitter has to HIT the ball.

I'll concede on these 2 teams being equal or off-setting each others defiencies about these 2 teams being equal but Im not using travel as a tie breaker when NL Wildcard is at stake, especially when the other team had to travel back home as well.

I tried to warn, when EVERYONE starts yapping about the same play or its too good to be true, leave it alone. I hope you didnt lay too much on the Marlins, because they....I mean Dan Uggla absolutely gave that game away well.

What did I fuckin tell you guys?? Marlins suckkkkk... Dan Uggla sucks..NL sucks.. period.

And Smoke, I agree 110% about that whole logic... I don't buy into the whole traveling deal.. cross country...maybe.. How about this....Marlins just aren't good!!
