Nola and Phillies opened at -140 at some places…. I thought it was fishy. The price went up to -160 and I said to myself it should have opened like that but clearly odd-makers know what the hell they are doing.
Breathe and move on to the next. That was horrible. Really really bad. That’s the worst I’ve seemed from them in years man.
I took the Mets for more than I should have(always on tilt), and I am usually on the other end of those bad beats. But this was different, this game was over. Philly had a 99.9% chance in the 9th inning. The leadoff hitter scored the first run of the inning and the last run of the inning...absolute insanity. I didn't deserve to hit this. My wallet is happy but i do feel for Philly backers. That is up there for one of the worst ive seen in probably years.
They've blown many leads in the last 2-3 years because of closing issues but this one will never be topped unless it happens again in the postseason
