I'm guessing the Braves are going to save their proven veterans for Mondays doubleheader against the Mets

So that likely means Holmes on Saturday, Schwellenbach on Sunday, then Sale and Morton in Mondays doubleheader.  Another words,  they care more about the Mets games, than the Royals series even though every game matters, the Mets games also involve a possible tiebreaker 

Yeah, AZ has a tough home finish vs. SD- although Pads can't win division now. Braves still have to win probably 4 of 5 to make it in. I can see AZ losing 2 of 3 to SD since Pads are battling for seeding, so they will most likely bring their A game, even after losing an emotional series vs. LAD . 

Now you are thinking way too much,,,

iif braves go 1-2 and mets go 3-0 the double header don't matter i think if my math is right?

It's going to be interesting if Arizona gets swept by the Padres and Atlanta wins 2 or all 3 vs Kansas city, then it could come down to Atlanta only needing to win 1 game of the doubleheader, which the Mets can simply mail in, then they don't even have to play the 2nd game, then both the Mets and Braves can party together after the game lololol 

Pods will not sweep Ariz. That was an emotional crusher last night being up 2-0 and then imploding. What i want to know is if the SF fans have jumped off the Golden Gate yet lol. No playoffs again and you know it killed them to have to see the Dodgers win the west again. 

I read that is the wild card has already been determined by Sunday evening that the DH on Monday will not even be played
