Is anything more painful in sports betting then betting MLB and your team gets shutout?

And game breezes by in 2 hours .

You don't even have any hope or chance in your bet

Didn't even get a sweat or dopamine rush 

And feeling like a complete asshat wondering why you put your hard earned money as you watch guys looking at straight fast balls down the middle

And swinging at junk bouncing in the dirt

 Probably the most demoralizing sport to bet.

There is alot of luck involved. Hard hits right at someone, bloopers, weird strike zone by umpires

I don't watch any game I bet on.  None.  I don't like the emotional roller coaster, so, I just place my bets, and then go do something else.  At the end of the day, I check the results.  Either I won, or I didn't. Pretty painless.  

All sports are painful the only thing about baseball is they can't score on defense so you have to agonizing that they get 3 outs then hope to high heaven they come out and score points efficiently

Blown leads bother me a lot more.  

It works for me.  I grew up in Atlanta, and have been watching the Braves since they arrived there, in 1966.  If I want to watch baseball, I just watch the Braves (pretty much  every day).  But, I don't bet on them.  I just pull for my favorite team, and that is tough enough when they are losing.  If they are losing badly, I turn off the TV, and go do something else.  

I sure don't need to spend my life watching a half dozen games a day.  I have too many other interests, for that.  Like you say, bet it, and forget it.
