Kansas City is fade material going forward...

Note to self...They will continue to regress, especially on the road...They have bottom 10 written all of them by the end of the season...Tonights 2 to 1 loss to Miami who only has 3 healthy pitchers in their starting rotation, in Kansas City, demonstrates...the season is not going to end well.    Wagering on this regression to the mean should be profitable...

The Royals were 34-19 on May 25th. They're 9-19 since.

Yea… they’ve taken 2 chunks of my $ as I figured they had to buckle down…. 4 hits.  One run in first inning yesterday… which was one of my figure they buckle down days….  I tend to agree with your statement… as they just don’t have much if you look at their ‘boxscore’.     I live in k city…. It was good while it lasted…

Here comes another 20 game losing streak like last season. Royals aren't as advertised like earlier this season.. they are a c- ball club with horrible management and ownership.

If their SP's stay healthy, they will end up right around where they are now,, a .530-.540 team.  I think they play 50/50 ball the rest of the way.   If they can get another quality year out of Perez next year, and somehow just one more above average bat in the lineup , I think they could do some real damage.

KC was blanked for 5 innings by AA called up pitcher with almost a 5 era in the low minor leagues.  Took 5 runs in the bottom of the 8th against a reliever to win the game…fade fade fade…

I've never done this before, but I'm going to bump an old thread.   It's short and sweet, but maybe pertinent to predicting the Royals going forward.  Most of the posts were wrong in one way or another, mine included.  

I believed they were a top third team then at best,  I now have to rank them somewhere between  the 5th and 8th best team.   I was in LV this weekend and I thought the +2500 line that was pretty much the available line was generous and I bought in.   I have it around +1500,  the Skankees are a major problem Imo, but if they weren't the line would lower.

Agree, been a great run for KC. This AL central coming down to Cleveland/Minnesota ...In my opinion OfCourse
