When they picked up Cespedes it was a game changer. Akin to a lesser degree of the Jays picking up Price. The Mets pitching is top notch and Harvey will want to prove himself in the offseason, but they needed another serious bat. Cespedes is not new to post season drive. I have always liked his production and his ability to put a team on his shoulder, only a few players can do that at any point in their careers.
Granderson and Duda provide additional power on a team that stretches the value of every run they get.
Would like to see Jays and Mets, would be power versus pitching.
