Bad managerial decisions. Bring back Jim Leyland, even though he's pushing 80. Just give him unlimited Marlboros and black coffee so his brain is working efficiently. I'm sure Jim would have approached this situation differently.

Yup anyone would’ve, they even said he could only go 80 pitches last game cuz he was tired.
