Jose Berrios is trending up with quality starts in his last two outings, while Baltimore's Cade Povich has been a disaster against Toronto (12 runs over 9.2 innings with 8 walks in his last two starts vs Jays). Today's 13 MPH winds blowing left to right should help Berrios, who gave up three homers in his first meeting with the O's. The Orioles are ice cold at home (1-7 ATS in last 8), making Toronto's price too good to pass up.
