Phillies are 21-9 their last 30, the hottest team in MLB and fighting for the #1 seed in the post-season. Milwaukee is coming of a ten inning 11-10 loss in Arizona and used a lot of pitchers in its western series. Brewers are way better against righties, and are only 19-23 against lefties. The pitching matchup is even and Brewers' rookie Chourio is on an epic tear as is SS Adames. But that's why the line here is reasonable. Rare chance to take the Phillies at a reasonable price.
