I don’t like the Skankees and I don’t like the juice, but I think I am too smart to argue with the evidence. The Skanks are 8-2 last ten and guess what? All ten are versus right handed starters. They are killing them , and they are built to beat right-handed pitching. The six inning shutout by Bryan Woo a few days ago ranks as remarkable against this group. The ONLY five inning shutout in their last ten and most of those other righties got slaughtered. I have plenty of respect for Luis Castillo, but I think the Yankees wrap up a great home stand today before facing Darvish in San Diego tomorrow night. That too will be an interesting matchup, but it can wait for tomorrow.

Oh, by the way, we have Alex McKay behind the plate today, and he just LOVES home teams.

Luckily they were already up 2-0 and it was already enough in the bottom of the 5th, because when you see a guy like Stanton, take a hack like that, in a 3-2 count with the basses loaded it's enough to make you wanna
