Hard to not like the value here with the OVER given the home/away splits of today's starters. Joe Kelly of the Red Sox has a 6.16 ERA and 1.565 WHIP over 6 road starts, while Atlanta's Alex Wood enters with a 6.00 ERA and 1.762 WHIP over 4 home starts.

Two of the best pitchers in baseball will clash at Great American Ball Park Wednesday night as the Detroit Tigers David Price will take on the Reds Johnny Cueto. Price has gone the distance in both if his last two outings and threw a complete game shutout against the Tribe his very last start. He has a 2.44 ERA overall on the year which drops to a minuscule 1.75 ERA on the road where he's made seven starts. This will be his third career start against the Reds, compiling a 1.69 ERA over the previous two. His counterpart Cueto allowed four runs in seven innings of a 5-4 win at Wrigley Field his last start, but had hurled seven shutout innings home against the Padres his last start prior. Cueto is always immense home in Cincy, and is coming into this game with a 1.25 ERA over five home-starts on the year. This will be his first career start against the Tigers, but he's held Victor Martinez hit-less over six at bats.

Note that:
- Four of Price's last five road-starts have gone under the total.
- The under is 12-3-1 in Cueto's last 16 interleague starts.
- Cincy has a lowly .234 AVG over its last seven games.

So we are getting the much better pitcher obviously and I think the trends are on our side and make this play a WINNER. The Yankees are 5-0 in their L5 during Game 3 of a series. They are also 4-1 in Pineda's L5 starts during Game 3 of a series. The Marlins are 0-5 in their L5 interleague road games and are 8-19 in their L27 road games vs. a right handed starter.

The 12 runs the Marlins scored last night was a season high. The Yankees are 7-4 this season after losing their previous game by 4 or more runs. Coming back home,I think they will be motivated for this game. Lay the -1.5 runs (+100) tonight.
