Faceoff of the ex-Pirates pitchers in a game 5 clash LOL anyways

I thought the Rays would beat Verlander cause' they had just seen him and off days rest.. they did. Don't be shocked if the Rays go on to the ALCS.

Glasnow off 6 days rest, with 5 strikeouts off 76 pitches

Cole off 5 days rest, with 15 strikeouts off 118 pitches

Both bullpens worked but equally used for the most part (Rays will put a few more pitchers out there I think)

In late March, Glasnow beat the Astros in Houston, he could easily do it again. Theres no way Cole strikes TB out that much again plus he thought he would be pitching only once this series and that his next outing would be many days later vs the Yanks in the ALCS. He looked miserable and sort of shook when he was watching Verlander blow the series. The Astros are not a lock at those odds, those fellas are shook.

Not to mention Gerrit Cole is 0-2 with a 3.51 ERA in 4 career starts against Tampa Bay. Glasnow beat HOU and Cole lost to TB earlier in the year, this game should be a pick em.

Arguably the best team in baseball at home with one of if not the best starting pitchers in baseball on the mound? I&#x2019;d never lay the -280 it&#x2019;s at now on the astros terrible value but to think it should be a pickem is absurd. The astros are the clear favorite.
