Just a little warning about the Jays.. Cecil struggled big time in spring training as he couldn't reach 90 MPH with his fastball. He was throwing around 86-87 which isn't gonna get it done in the majors.

He did finally pump it up over 90 a couple of times in his last start but i'm not sure what to expect from him.

With that said, Blackburn is shit even when he's healthy and the Jays should be able to hit him.
