Brewers/Reds: Chacin is an absolutely monster on the mound for the Brew and Yelich is firmly defending his MVP title. DeSclafini last year was 1-1 vs. the Brewers with a 6.00 ERA in 3 starts. I have Brewers winning 5-2.
Astros/Rangers: The ageless Verlander looked great on opening day despite giving up a HR to the first batter of the season. He went 7 innings and only allowed 3 hits while striking out 9 and walking 1. Rangers are rolling out Shelby Miller, their 3rd consectutive starter who wasn't even with the club last season. Miller is coming off a horrendous year in which he went 0-4 with a 10.69 ERA. I have the Astros winning 6-1.
Twins/Royals: With both Berrios and Keller having great opening day starts and both teams playing decently on offense, I'm leaning Twins based on: 1) They're my sleeper team for the season and I have to keep rolling with them. And 2) The Twins played the defending AL Central champs their first series and came out on top. The Royals, however, played against the White Sox...who aren't even the best team in their city. I have the Twins squeaking by 2-1.

Was looking at KC as a dog but decided against it as pitching match up is a wash but the Twins I think are the better overall team. They have a chance to be a really solid ball club this year.
