Key, you went 6-6 yesterday. 6 dog losses, so you might be correct on the units. BOL today.
Yeah, it is 6-6. I was probably only looking at 5 or 9 inning tally when I typed, but the YTD and Units are correct anyway. Sharp eye man. I keep the record in excel so it is sort of self correcting anyway. A typo one day in the posting does not carry over and leave the record inaccurate.
Boston-Toronto Under like thunder is in the bank at 5. Surprising to have the same two teams over one day and under the next but it is a good example of how important pitching is to the game. If the chuckers are weak anyone can hit them, and if they are really good noone can.

are your plays all 1 unit each? Because you are up 295 units, its a huge number if your doing 1 unit per play.
I'm just curious how you calculate, you seem to know what your doing in terms of BR management and playing value plays. So learning from you would be great.

Hey KeyElement, quick question
are your plays all 1 unit each? Because you are up 295 units, its a huge number if your doing 1 unit per play.

Mr-Unit, thanx for the compliment. All are 5 units unless otherwise noted, so if you wanted a 1 unit tally it would be 59.12 units. I occasionally like a little more or less on a pick, so I play 5 units per game and have the room to go with 6 or 4 if I choose. In my opinion that is a OK variance in wager size. There are guys here and elsewhere that will lay 1 to 10, and even "add the juice" to a 10 unit favorite. That is way too much variance in risk.
Think of it this way. If a guy wanted to a basic $100 wager per game he could call his unit $20 and play $100 on most picks. If I had a 4 unit play it would be an $80 wager and a 6 unit would be $120. This is far and away better money management since no wager is worthy of 10X your basic play.
I also don't know when or how I wiped it out but my daily post should have a line that says
Unless otherwise noted all plays are 5 Units FLAT, I do NOT "add the juice" on favorites.
Thanx for asking, I hope the answer helps
