Mybookie issue

first off please leave this here for more eyes before moving to gaming.

I am not sure who all uses Mybookie. But I have had quite a few issues lately. The most recent, Sunday and Monday, their website if you click on a line, when it goes in the ticket, the line is different and you can't place your bet, due to the website thinking the line has changed. No matter what you do, you can't place it. They claimed no issue Sunday and Monday it continued. Now to the major issue, with this problem, I had to call and place my wager as I couldn't do it online.  I called and placed my wager on Twins ML and Brewers ML. The agent placed Brewers for last night and the Twins ML for TUESDAY's game by mistake. I called after my bet didn't get graded after the Brewers game ended and saw their mistake. They said they would take care of it. I called this morning, they claim it's going to take 24/48 hours. They gave me an option of canceling the bet and getting my stake back (canceling thet bet) or waiting until the game ends tonight, they wouldn't answer, but I assume if the Twins were to lose tonight, I would lose my bet. I am now waiting for them to listen to the call to figure it out, but I am not overconfident in this. Just wanted to share.

Why dude??? WHY???

So I was told late last night it would be fixed when they came in at 8-9am EST. I called before I really started getting into my work as I thought it was a simple enough. I spoke to a lady on my lunch break who said she would call me at 3 when I had a work break, no call, no email, no resolution. Why do books have to eff with people? I think it's to throw off people so they bet shitty. I have been doing that for months lol. I win a decent amount, then lose it.

The other issues I have had recently, I deposit when time is short with a card. I noticed  some of their processors charged a higher amount. For instance I deposited $109 once, the book charges a percentage upfront which brought it to $116. When the charge went through it was for $124.97. I brought this to their attention and they said oh it's just my bank charging an international fee. My bank does charge a small $1 international, but not nearly $9 or $10. They only take responsibility for issues or being wrong after being forced to. Otherwise it's you who is wrong. They avoid any acceptance of fault like the plague. 

So this is their resolution they are offering. If the Twins win AGAIN today. I get my money, it's around $325 so I have to win twice to get my money on the Twins. If they lose then they are offering a $250 free play that I have to rollover 7 times on a bet that I have already won. Can you believe this shit?

Where are you based...betmgm is fine and all bets get you points that you can cash in for stuff.

North Carolina. Closest I can bet is Virginia or in the mountains of NC, 300 miles away. 

The supervisor/manager is in a meeting and won't come to the phone. I have a large pending future on the Colts to win the AFC South. I asked them to just cancel the bet and give me my money. Have zero faith in these people and have been betting with them for a few years. It's always someone else fault. The guy even just said he was 99.99999% sure he placed the Twins game Monday. I said so you are saying your bosses went in and changed my bet?

still on the phones with these people. One person told me the supervisor "Roz" was a woman. Then this rep is telling me it's a man. The first girl told me Roz listened to the call where I placed the wager and offer me the resolutions up above. Now this Roz person is out  of the meeting and this guy tells me HE's listening to the call now. These mothereffers are making these resolutions and not even listening to the call. They are now trying to blame me, that I called to place the wager after the Twins game started. Like I am supposed to know these agents can't place a live bet, again trying to blame me. The whole reason I had to call was because their website is having issues.

 I have used Youwager.lv for over a decade now.  I have never had any major problems.  And the couple small issues that I have had were fixed within minutes.  No questions asked.  I also never had had an issue with payouts.  

So Roz is a guy and finally came to the phone. He says we have to wait so he can listen to the call and we need to wait for the Twins game to finish and he we will tell me what resolution will be offered. Pretty much they have already said if the twins win tonight, I get my money. If they lose, he won't commit to anything right now. So I have to win a bet twice now. I guess go Twins. I got go to look to see who's pitching. They offered to void the $143 bet and just give me my funds with no winnings. When I asked if he would void my Colts AFC South, he said no. So I have to deal with these crooks and hope they don't fck me on this bet. I am just posting this for full transparency of them. Go Twins. 

Dude I am seriously ready to just stopping. I know people say this often. I have been betting too damn long and a call like that took a lot out of me. I just don't have it in me to do this like I did when i was younger. lol I appreciate the response though and good luck to you tonight

so dude listened to the call. The resolution is whether the bet wins or loses, I get my money. They know it was their fault. I asked for something for my issues and they gave me $100 with a 1x rollover. Just being transparent. I am still concerned playing with them, but they finally listened to the call and resolved the issue.

No way you can make a phone bet on a game thats already started.
