Like MANY - MANY MLB Teams this 2019 season, the BULLPENS do NOT provide REFLIEF....they pour GASOLINE ON THE FIRE....CASH TO BE MADE BETTING LIVE WAGERS on teams trailing by a run or two...or even 3 !  and in this case, 4 !

Bad Loss....happens ALOT this season.
