NYY Yankees/Boston Big Play for me

I blindly tail these tips from br but no reasoning is ever given in the picks email. However, one of today's picks was posted on twitter and there was a little reasoning. Does anyone know what ADI and VMI mean and the numbers that follow. I googled ADI and it is short for Acceptable Daily Intake. VMI comes up as Vendor-Managed inventory. I am guessing those have nothing to do with baseball. Does anyone know what they mean in terms of baseball?  I am not second guessing their picks as i have made a lot of money from them but curious to learn and I have $2500 riding on this under 8. Baseball has always been a puzzling sport for me. Below is the tweet.

They tweeted about this a while back and these two are important factors that many baseball bettors ignore. 

After seeing this tweet, I also sprinkled some money on Cole Over  7 strike outs at -112 and Eovaldi Over 5.5 strike outs at -113.

I got suckered into taking Under in the first 5 innings too. If this game gets lit up, all my bets are in the risk of losing lol.
