I’ll be shocked if the Braves let them have Game 1 for the second year in a row. Last year the Braves weren’t ready for Game 1 and a late rally couldn’t save them. Then they couldn’t handle the intensity of the Phillies fans in Games 3 and 4 and their season was over. If I’m the Braves, I’m locked in today AND tomorrow.

Good luck.  Great price for a super hot team that has mega familiarity with the Braves.  

But I like the Diamondbacks more in a similar spot as the Braves simply DEMOLISH LHP.

Even though Merrill is 0-11 lifetime against the Dodgers he has pitched well many times and the Dbacks bullpen has been fire.  On the flip side, AZ is not very good against LHP and they go against Kershaw tonight.  I expect a low scoring game and can see AZ coming out with a short victory.

I can see it. Not sure if it will happen today  but wont be shocked. No fear and phillies lineup is dangerous Wheeler on deck for game 2 Monday. I was shocked to see people on Miami with that pitiful lineup. Nola is no slouch for game three. People bashed him before his start againgst Miami yeah he had a down year for sure but this is October and he cruised through that miami lineup. I said in June beware of those Phillies come October.

The 5 days off is a killer. Division winners are now 1-5 in their first game (this year and last) with the only winner being the Astros who faced the weakest of the six opponents.

The Dodgers will be the next division winner to lose Game 1 of their division series. They lost Game 1 last year to the Padres.
