Brown (Astros) has pitched great since May and has back against the wall. Holton (left-handed) will pitch the first inning to get Tucker and Alvarez out (both left-handed hitters). Taking an extra run for insurance.
Montas is not very good. Manaea did get hit in his last outing vs Brewers, but he gave up a grand slam in the first after missing a called third strike. He will pitch better today, but both teams should score at least one run.
I believe the Padres win and I really like Musgrove but taking 4 1/2 for insurance.
