I rarely post. I usually just read all the posts and then make my plays. I am posting tonight because I had an incredible afternoon in UEFA soccer and so I am feeling it so to speak.
I am going with a 3 team parlay in baseball tonight and using plus money from a lucky card earlier today in soccer.
Reds RL +110 / Jays ML -103 / A's ML -145
$750 to win $4,494.90
1) Reds have Bailey going against Saunders the gas can. Bailey is coming off a good start last time out and he is finally starting to look like he actually knows what is going on between the lines. Great talent, but a head case with some injuries. He has great stuff and I like this spot for him. Dbacks are free swingers and like the fastball. Bailey has a great curve and with Saunders going for the Dbacks, I like the Reds in a rout tonight.
2) Doug Drabek's kid makes his Major League debut tonight for the Jays. He has electric stuff and I think he holds the O's to 1-2 runs as this is the first time anyone has seen him. He was the minor league pitcher of the year and he has the pedigree and thus will have composure in his debut. I know Bergesen has put together a string of good starts including the last time out against the Yanks. But the Yanks were already in the middle of a team wide hitting slump and he is still Bergesen. IMO, he can't throw lights out for multiple starts and he gets lit up by the Jays historically. I love this spot. The Jays will fight tonight for the rookie and also to avoid the sweep. I think they put up 4-6 runs on Bergesen and the last time I checked 4-6 is slightly higher than 1-2 so the Jays it is.
3) Tonight it is Cahill vs. Chen. Enough said. Cy Young candidate vs Marginal lefty. Strange stat- Chen is twice as good in day starts over night starts.
I could be way off base with this play, but you never question a hot streak so it is what it is.
GL to everyone.

Let's see what happens. Would love to have easy games with big, early leads tonight. We will find out if I am on a streak or just had a lucky ass afternoon in soccer of which I know little about.

Yikes! Shaky 1st innings for both Bailey (Reds) and Drabek (Jays). Bailey escaped with no damage and Drabek luckily gave up only one run so it is 1-1. Hopefully, they got the crap out of their systems.

I hope your feeling is wrong about the A's tonight atl4tigerfan. I saw they scored big last night, but Cahill is coming from the right side and he is a stud. Let's hope for the best. The baseball gods may be with me tonight as Izturis was just thrown out at home in the Jays game and Drabek somehow escaped the 3rd inning without giving up a run.

I am thinking about hitting the A's tonight ONLY because you seem to have the mojo working for you today. No reason to mess with the hot streak when it happens, and I want to hop along for the ride.

It never had a chance tonight. Bergesen looked like Cy Young. The game should have been worse than 3-1. Was playing with house money so I will just go back to reading posts and keeping quiet.
