These 2 have combined for 3 runs the 1st 5 innings of the 2 previous games and I don't expect it to be any easier today. Shane Baz is a future star, along with McClanahan, keep those 2 together that's the future for the Rays pitching staff, and the future is now. Baz, like Shane, 4 pitches, and he looks effortless, like he's a lobbing a softball to the plate...at 100 mph. Good slider, improving control, only 23, even tougher with runners on base.
Lefty Nick Lodolo, 21, I haven't seen him, but after returning from being hurt, vs the Mets, 4.2 IP, 0 runs, 3 hits, 3 BBs, 8 Ks, and including 2 starts in April, 27 Ks in 19 IP, clearly he has good stuff. And going up against a Rays lineup today without Franco and KK, injuries, Choi, LH hitter, other than Paredes and Ramirez, not alot of fear in this lineup. Taylor Walls is hitting 3rd, seriously Cash? Rolling the dice a bit with the youth of Lodolo but stay away from the free passes, dance around Paredes and Ramirez, he'll keep the Reds in the game and the scoring down.
1st 5, Under 4, -118
As always good luck to all!

Yes I love it. The Rays have a total of 21 plate appearances their last four games vs lefties. 3 hits and a .286 OPS. Reds numbers vs righties is similar.

Also took under team totals on rays, angels, blue Jays and Cardinals. Currently these teams couldn’t hit water if they fell out of a boat. It’s been golden last 10 days

I agree. My only concern in the Rays/Reds game are the BPs. Waiting for Cincys to implode and the Ray's BP has been a bit busy for me, 7 relievers yesterday after 4 the game before.
Riggs, T6, Umgmu, thx and GL to you!

Bad news Bears... erhh, Rays. Horrible baseball, mistakes galore. And Baz when you're 1-2 on the hitter, you don't throw the ball across the plate, you make the hitter chase the pitch. 4 times in that count today and it cost him. Sorry guys, time to go the gym...
