I'm buying down a half run here (for my parlay) but I still like the over 8.5 straight up
1) Weather will average 97% humidity ending at 100%. Will help the ball carry. A nice reminder why one should never move to St. Louis (no offense)
2) Blue behind the plate is Carlos Torres, calls a tight strike zone and runs in games he calls are boosted on average by 10%.
3) Twins Bullpen is a little tired.
4) Both starters combined average allowing 2.38 HR/9 their last 3 appearances.
Boston ML +100
1) Simple, every offensive player on the Red Sox with at least 5 plate appearances against Yarborough (6 of 9 starters) has an xSLUG over .500 in their appearances against him apart from Alex Verdugo.
Colorado +170
Hard to pass on this value. Marquez has simply been the better pitcher the last 2 months. Darvish has struggled recently, and Rockies bats are heating up including McMahon who just went deep yesterday for the first time since 6/15 and it was his 17th. Baseball players are streaky. I'm running with it.
