So I just lost a wager on something I didn't know in baseball, can someone please explain?

Pirates/Marlins game. I have CRISTIAN PACHE under 1.5 Hits/RBIS/Runs. He is 0-2 and then gets a hit on top of the 9th. He was 6th in the line up, previous inning Sanchez grounded out. how does he get put in before lopez or Norby? What a horrible beat as well he gets another hit but im tryin to figure out how he got put in there in the first place? 

Pache led off the 6th with a hit and then got another single in the top 9th. I looked thru the order and it all adds up.

Was following the game but it shows he singled and got an RBI in the same at bat.

Kind of did a quick glance and there wasn't any change in the order - they went through the order like you'd expect through all 9 innings.

9th inning - Lopez > Burger > Bride > Sanchez > Pache > Stowers > Edwards to end the game.

Just bad luck - Kiner-Falefa's dumbass error'd in the 9th letting Burger get onto base.  Otherwise woulda been a ground out and 2 K's to end the game before Pache got an at bat

 it wasn't the 6th inning it was top of the 8th. I was watching the game and also it says on espn..

 no that was on top of the 9th he got the hit and rbi. on the 8th inning he batted as well and he a hit, how did he bat in the 8th and on the 9th inning? check espn play by play..

Well is possible cuz, he leaded off 8th then in 9th he come to with 2 outs and peoples are standing up on bases and also stranded 8th so that how he bat both innings even though stupid marlin team only score 1 point 

I recommend mlb app over espn app for baseball coverage cuz espn make it too much confuse trying to put pieces together
