Here is what I read today. if bauer is healthy he throws game 2. Tomlin would be game 3. If he isn't ready switch those two. Also game 4 is TBA as of now.
Salazar threw a sim game today with crowd noise pumped in and batters being announced. Will have to see how he feels but have a feeling he finally gets on the roster.

Regardless of whether Salazar is healthy or not, Kluber is the only starting pitcher on the Indians staff that can go head to head with any of the Cubs starters. If the Indians are to do it they have to do it with bullpen, offense and defense; in other words the Royals model. I think Francona has to figure on Kluber 1, 4 and 7. Those will be good matchups no matter what Maddon decides to do, but if he passes on Lester in game 1 in favor of Lackey or Arrieta, I think he is asking for trouble. The Tribe had BIG problems with lefties down the stretch, including Happ versus Toronto, although they did hit Price rather well. Lester has looked nothing like Price in the playoffs and may be the key for the Cubs, if he goes 1, 4, 7 versus Kluber. I am not one of those Covers geniuses that would tell Maddon how to manage the series, but I think if he sees it the way I do the Cubs probably win it, otherwise, if they get opener at home and Lester is only available for two starts, the Tribe has a very reasonable chance at the ring. BOL
