I have 2 (4) plays for today. There are 2 games that I like both teams along with playing them on the run lines. Lets get to them.
ST Louis Cards -200
Runline -1 1/2 EVEN
Obviously not much value with the ML so I also added the runline.
Villanueva last won in April for the lowly Cubbies
He is 0-5 in his last 5 starts.
The Cards have been slumping of late and Carlos Villanueva is just what the doctor ordered to bust out of the slump and make a late season charge to the playoffs
SF Giants +120
Runline +1 1/2 -145
It is hard to believe that this Giant team has won 2 of the last 3 World Series. They have had few bright spots this season but one has been Chad Gaudin.
Gaudin is 5-1 since entering their rotation and has only allowed 3 runs twice in 10 starts.
A little risky on the money line against the O's although the O's are 2-8 the last 10 Saturdays. I will protect the cash and believe that the run line will at the least cash the ticket.
Looking for a good day today. I am off to work later and will see where the amateur money goes in the sports book. My amateur money is on the Cards and Giants today. Good Luck everyone!!!
