Cardinals to score first -140.

Risking $140 to win $100.

I'm taking my chances against Homer Bailey here. Cardinals can hit the ball well...and if they don't score in the first inning I like the face Westbrook is on the mound. In a hitters friendly ballpark that should help him being a ground ball pitcher.
