In spots like this where a starter leaves early and abruptly often the long man will be required to eat up innings. even when he doesn't have his best stuff and is getting knocked around. Thats not always enough of a reason to give him the hook. Especially at this time of year with guys hitting a bit of a well. Injuries starting to nag and guys figuratively and literally limping to the all-star break.
So given the DET bullpen is always a bit shaky and currently sitting with the leagues 23rd worst era and that CLE is hot and hitting the ball very well at home this season. I will take a shot that they win innings 3 through 9 -0.5 runs. I honestly would feel better if they weren't already up a deuce AND if they didn't play a single game double header on Friday vs the JAYS. But with Salazar dealing I don't think the person's pen will need more than 6-9 outs.

So I'll take 3-0 or any score where the person win by 3 or more. But given that part of my reasoning for the main play is that someone may gt roughed up AND have to stay in there and suck it up. I'm also adding a sprinkle on the OVER. And again also because with CLE's pen raking up an insane workload lately the same could be possible for one of their arms.
