6-1 yesterday. Gallen looked like his old self yesterday vs the Yanks.
Red Sox/Orioles Over 9.5 -118
Both pitchers were less than stellar in their season debuts, and I'm not really all that high on either for the season. Morton is now 41 years old, with next to nothing left in the tank. He's been an inning eater the last 4 years, but I think his big league journey is coming to an end. Houck wasn't quite as bad, but certainly wasn't good. Wind blowing out, and warm weather should have balls flying. Chance of rain doesn't scare me.
Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 -108
The Rockies will be the White Sox of last year, this year. They are abysmal. They've managed to score more than 2 runs in a game just once so far this year, combining for 2 runs in the first two games of this series. I'd play the Phillies ML but don't like laying -200 on anyone in baseball, but have full confidence that Philly bats will get to Senzatela, who hasn't managed to pitch more than 13 innings in a season since 2022.
Waiting to see what lineup HOU goes with against Ryan. I'll be back in a bit.

Home opener for the Twins, but I don't think that helps their bats. It's like 40 degrees in the Twin Cities, and the ball will not be traveling, even though both of these offenses are anemic anyway. Both starters have swing and miss stuff, and while the pens concern me a little with such a small number, the weather is the difference for me.
D'Backs/Yankees Over 9.5 -118
The Yankees offense looked human yesterday, and it had to happen at some point, but now the wind is out to left tonight, so no where is safe in Yankee stadium for baseballs. Kelly had some command issues in his first outting, and Yankees are starting with Carrasco again, but for how long?? Who knows. Lots of right handed power in both line ups, so we just need the ball to get in the air and let Yankee Stadium do its thing.
Cincinnati Reds +100
Total fade of Nestor Cortez. I never understood how he ever got people out, but he did. He's had a less than memorable end of last year/start of this year, and I'll fade him until I see that he isn't washed.
Good luck today everyone
