Tigers vs Nats

Tigers are starting Porcello who has pitched 2 innings and given up no run so far this spring.  He will be followed by Bonine (4in 1er), Figora (1.2in 4er), Perry (2.2in 0er) and Valverde (1in 0er).

Nats are starting Strasberg(1st star of spring) followed by Kensing(1in 0er), s.Burnett (.2 in 4er), A Thompson (2in 1er) and T. Walker (1in 5er).

The Tigers are 3-4 losing the last two while the Nats are 0-6 and losing by an average of 6 runs a game.  The only close one was vs.Mets. 

Last night the line came ou as the Nats -120. As of this morning the line has moved  a bit to -110. 

Keep in mind the home team has been dominate this spring, but yesterday the road teams won 11 of the 17 games played.  I know there is no real home field advantage in spring ball, but it sounds good. 

After all said and done, the play of the day will be the Tigers for the best value.  If you want to parlay a second play, take a look at the Mets.  They are 6-2 so far and Santana is on the mound for 2ins or 30 pitches.  Hou is 2-3 with Myers starting on the mound.  He has pitched vs the Nats and gave up 2er in 2 inn.

Hey Big Red,  The Reds look good today also.  If you look at the pitching lineup, the Reds are starting Harang(1st start), followed by Smit(1st start), Cordero(1inn 0er), Lecure (2inn 3er), Adkins 1inn 0er, Maloney 1.2inn 0er, Lehr 2inn 2er and Wood 2inn 0er.  While D-backs start Buckner 2inn 2er followed by Gutierrez 1inn 0er, Mercedes 1inn 0er, Marte 1inn 0er, Boyer 1inn 3er, Shaw 1inn 0er and Septimo 1inn 0er.

However, the Reds are 1-2 and the D-backs are 1-5 winning a Split squad game Sunday.

Had the Reds yesterday.  Helped my poor day, winning only the Red Sox.  Lets get it done today.
