ML PICK: Yankees @ -125
My choice for ML pick is the Yankees in tonight's matchup between the Rays and the Yanks. Severino will be the starter tonight for the Yanks. I believe he's a better pitcher then what the stats show so far this year. He held the big bats of the Orioles in check till he gave up a three run shot in the 5th with 2 oust. Minus that miss cue he had a solid outing. Andriese will be the pitcher tonight for the Rays. I am almost taking the Yanks tonight solely on the poor pitching of Matt. I expect him to struggle as he has shown with trying to consistently hit the strike zone. I expect some hits and walks that will ultimately equate to runs. Both Offenses are ranking in the top half of the league so it's a wash when it comes to the bats but I give the edge to the Yanks for Bull pen. Yanks and Severino have my Pick tonight.
O/U PICK: Min/Det Under 9 @ -130
Both teams will have two solid pitchers starting today. Hoping both will produce quality starts and get at least 6 innings each if not more. As for batting both teams are in the bottom half of the league when it comes to BA. Both teams bats started off the season hot, but since then have cooled off a bit. The Twins are showing to have a top 5 ranking bull pen at the moment and the Tigers bull pen is in the middle of the pack. All this combined I am hoping that there is no big innings and we have a low scoring ball game.
