Pallante is off to a rough start to the season, but he's faced the Braves, Mets, Phillies and Red Sox in his last four starts. Today he faces the Reds, who are coming back from a 10 day, three team road trip that concluded in Colorado. So, maybe facing a team that's a little tired and dealing with the altitude change gets Pallante back on track.
The A's at this point in the season are the better hitting team with the better starting pitcher. If Corbin beats the A's for the 2nd time in a week, so be it.
