Depends if you can convince a moron that it was off a big name batter. Figure out who their favorite player is, then tell them it was off their bat.

You should have already given it to a kid that was sitting around you. That's why I don't understand why people go all ape shit for a worthless baseball in the first place. I've even seen people fight over a ball once. I'm like, are people that hard up for a baseball? Must be.

Homerun ball of a landmark variety (worth real cash)  - keep it and find highest bidder.

Foul ball of any variety - give it to the closest kid to you.  If you have a girl with you, are getting laid... if no girl you soon will.

Homerun ball from visiting team - throw it back.

I have caught 2 foul balls at the Jake....both times I gave it to a little kid
 
 
of course now that I have been taking my own son to some games I cant catch one (got close twice)
 
 
what do you need with a ball.....but for some kid it's a thrill

I never understood people go ballistic for baseballs or autographs or any kind of shit like that.

It's sports, not cancer cure development.

What do I need an autograph for? To remember...what? me meeting a sportsman? Why?

Who cares. If I truly respect a sportsman and I get the chance to meet him I'll shake his hand, that's it. No autographs or any memorabilia shit.

Give the freaking ball to a kid.

Tell me about it bro. The craziest shit I see is at a Chicago Bulls game (im sure it happens elsewhere) where the shoot out these crappy ass XXXL t-shirts into the crowd. Dude, people goes absolutely bonkers for those pieces of crap. I once saw two grown mean grab the shirt at the same time and they were strecthing and pulling on it. Security had to come and break it up even. Which ultimately confuses me since the seats they were sitting at were about $100 a pop and the t-shirt is about a buck or two. Unreal. People really need to get a grip.

You guys are right. What was I thinking probably was the booze or the mystic in the stadium. I did the right thing gave it to my nieghbors son. The glow in his face was worth more than the ball.... Thanks!!!!!!!
