Under 10 in the Angels-Yanks game is based on a few factors. The first being I think Vazquez bounces back after his brutal first start. Since 2002, Vazquez is 10-9 with a 3.57 ERA in starts following ones where he gave up more than 5 earned runs. Record isn't great, but I don't need him to win. Secondly, Pineiro has good numbers vs the Yankees as only one NY regular (Cano) has a better than .300 average against him. I think he controls the Yankees bats somewhat today. Think we see no more than 7 runs in the Bronx today.

Backing the Bosox this afternoon also for two reasons - Lackey off a loss and Slowey away from his Metrodome comfort. There won't be a SP in the Twins rotation that will miss the Metrodome more than Slowey. He was 17-4 with a 3.87 ERA and 1.14 WHIP in his career at the Metrodome. And while, he has the stuff to produce these numbers at Target Field, I'm expecting some discomfort and some adjusting initially. You could technically view this as a road game of sorts, and outside the Metordome Slowey's ERA and WHIP increase dramatically.
Since 2007, Lackey is 10-3 following a loss.

Not touching the over/under for this one but on the Halos outright. If I had to pick, I would lean over. Vazquez is just terrible. He was terrible with the Yanks once and will be again. This is a NL pitcher trying again to pitch in the AL. It didn't work before, it won't work again. It seldom does. Hopefully, for both us, the Halos get like a 6-1 win but Vazques is trouble. Yanks might feel they need to score a lot and this could wind up being a 11-7 game for either team.
GL. Hope we both win!!!
