What's the verdict on this game? Two top 5 scoring teams, Pomeranz has been garbage lately, Newcomb has been incredible. Giving up 1 run and 9 hits in his last 4 starts. Atlanta has had more consistent hitting from top to bottom, but JD and Mookie have been absolutely crushing. I'm leaning Atlanta, but looking or any other reads on this game.
Btw: This new format and the cookies popups and intrusive adds are annoying af.

Pitchers alone you would think Atl and offenses are fairly even. I think Atl wins so that’s why I played Boston. I always lose the early game so trying something different. Also on the under.

Hah hah, so true. I usually lose the early AND late games. They know that the degenerates are on these early/late games and will post obvious lines to "trap" the bettor. I also went with Boston before reading this post.
"Schrödinger's bet." A bet that loses when you bet it but wins when you DON'T bet it...

Well, the user "BADLANDS" just posted his picks for the day around 10 minutes ago and he picked Atlanta. With him being -500 something units, somebody in another thread called him "fade material." It makes me like my pick of Boston much, much more..

I think atlanta the 1st 5 is a 4 star bet. Probably atlanta's most effective pitcher, I run in 26 innings, Atlanta getting to hit against a leftie where they are near the top of MLB in that stat ,& as a dog at that. It's my top play of the day. I don't know what my record is, but I'm having a good year between making a few bets, & booking a few bets. GL on all plays.

That's funny, I have the same exact thought process. All leaning towards Atlanta, but I've done this dance before and lost many times. Newcomb is bound to regress. Boston can clearly hit. Might just sprinkle some on the under. Boston hasn't scored more than 6 runs in 23 straight games.
