With this new playoff format, a wild card team has made it to the World Series each year since 2022. Nationals won it in 2019 as well fwiw, but I feel one of these teams will make it and why not have a Subway Series?!
Will have to wait and see what happens today. I already like the Mets. If the Tigers can knock off the Guardians today, would putting money on both dogs give one the best chance to make a profit?
Freddy Freeman’s injury as well and the starting pitching staff. Mets have beat Yamamoto this year. Flaherty seems to be a head case. Dodgers strength is their bullpen where as that’s when the Mets bats have come alive. Should be a great series. I am leaning Mets @+150.

No way Tigers are going to the World Series / they became one of the biggest liabilities on the futures market they pull the plug today or against the Yankees.
Dodgers gonna edge out Mets
bit then again anything can happen with those dodgers
