Very odd spot for them as they have not lost first 2 games of a home series for the last couple of seasons

Paxton is 0-3 vs the Rays as a Yankee..    My gut is the Rays sweep as they are on fire

I agree with you habs...unfortunately, I'm heavy on the yankees today because I just cant imagine them getting swept....sometimes its mind over matter.

I am a huge fan of great teams to avoid the sweep at home..

Both teams do not hit well against opposing starting pitchers..  Under might be something to consider

But is this the case of the Yankees missing top 3 hitters really hurting them against an excellent pitching team

Different Yanks team without DJ, Stanton & Judge. Other than when Cole is pitching, you’re betting the Yanks for their offense

It doesn't matter they don't have those 3 guys though, they can still get on base, but lately against the Rays they are something like 2 for 30 with RISP, these are horrible numbers, they just can't score against them meanwhile the Rays have guys like Zunino hitting a 3 run HR, a guy that hits .120

On the Yankees sub, i said this team would lose 2 out of 3 or get swept, it depends if they win Cole's start and no surprise, they get swept... Their offense is terrible... Surprisingly it was good today but not good enough.. And then you add all the fake injuries this team has... After what happened last year, it is comical but apparently it seems to be perfectly normal for that many players to be injured in a sport where all you do is stand in the field or sit on the bench all...
