If you are betting the yankees today I would not advice it. Cashner is a pretty good pitcher when he pitched against the yankees the last game was against NY was 3-1. I think this could be a chance for Cashner to prove himself here. At -200 for the yankees Im not bout to pay that price only to get bounced and lose. -200 Always seem to be when teams lose. The Yankees did what they had to do by getting ahead of the rays now the public will fall for this crashing freight train.

Nice read hillardoh, I didn't analyze this game but I saw cashner and I remember him in game 2 of the doubleheader in ny. I saw the game, he pitched good and Baltimore deserved to win, but they lost (fortunately, because I had the yankees lol).
Now back at home, baltimore at home got swept by the yankees last time so they have revenge, happ is not good imo and he won the first game of the doubleheader. Also yankees overperformed vs tampa and took the lead.
Like thesquare said the dog sometimes wins... Baltimore at home is a 0.286 team which is awful, but do the mats they win on average 1 out of 4 games, and they also play better vs divisional opponent. Even if they are trending downs, it would be naive to think they're gonna never win ever. And it doesnt matter what is the record, even if they win 1 of 10, 1 of 20... what matters is triyng to understand if tonight will be the 1 time they win.
Perfect spot for baltimore.
The fact that yankees is 709-418 is irrelevant. Motivation is the key. Of course game still ongoing, but I would be really surprised if Baltiomore doesn't win this one.
