Departed was solid, but a little over celebrated due to Scorcesse's draught. These two movies went in complete opposite directions. And it was based on a true story, which makes it much more interesting, imo.
That would have been pretty cool. I liked him. I thought the best part of the movie was the end where they said his first client was Frank Lucas.
and when he picks him up from prison and tells him he isn't going to let him starve. very compelling and a very good movie.
