The local news was at the Cleveland premiere, there were about a dozen people in line 3 hours before the show, a few wearing jerseys. Plain Dealer gave it a B+....

Just looks awful. I hate that I've wasted 2 minutes of my life watching the preview for it....You had to know it was a crapfest when they interviewed Jennifer Garner and she was trying to sell it as a date movie.

The movie was helped greatly by having the NFL as part of the story and made it interesting from that angle.  If they had to use a fake league similar to movies with fake teams playing, the movie would&#x27;ve totally sucked.

It wasn&#x27;t bad but it was no Major League! Wesley Snipes was awesome as Willie Mays Hayes along with Bob Eucker!&#xD;&#xA;I hit like Mays, and I run like Hayes.
