Anyone gonna bet the oscars?

I'm kicking myself because I forgot to put a bet on Taylor Swift's "fearless" for album of the year in the Grammy's

Anyways, Pinny has put out a shit load of line for the Oscars (they had the grammy's and golden Globes as well)

Here's my early leans:

Best Actor: Jeff Bridges (Crazy Heart) -500

Best Actress: Sandra Bullock (Blind Side) -123

Best Picture: Avatar -160

Best Director: James Cameron (Avatar) +215

Avatar to win over 4.5 oscars +103

Avatar to win the most oscars +110

James Cameron doesn't even think Avatar will win best picture. My pick is Hurt Locker

Pinny has a line on this:  Will the same movie win best picture & best director oscars.  Yes-111   No-105

In the 81 years of academy awards the movie that wins best picture has also won best director 60 times out of the 81 years.  I will lay the -111

I'm still raging I didn't take a chance on 'Crash' to win best picture in 2006 which was available at 33/1 but I generally don't bet these types of things.
Another one that got away was The Hangover winning a Golden Globe for best comedy at 12/1      so I probably will give the Oscars a miss as I don't really fancy anything this year

Although I might check the prices just before the ceremony and have a small interest on something that pays half decent

I'd bet on Vince McMahon fighting Jon Cena in WWE RAW before any of those awards shows and certainly watch wrestling first. At least I'd stay awake.

I'm really not remotely sure which outcome is more predetermined the day before......

If you guys are betting on this because your wife or girlfriend is making you watch that junk, then it's OK. Free pass.....

Without looking, aren't there some killer great Hoops games on instead?
