This fall History will air their new 2 part miniseries about Bonnie & Clyde. Its a 4 hour event, and it will follow up successes such as Hatchfield & McCoys, The Bible and Vikings.
Looking good, love that History digs into the history with good scripted drama (based on real events).

Mrs and I watched part one Monday and recorded part two for Tuesday (so don't have to sit thru commercials). thought the actors that play Bonnie (Holliday Grainger) and Clyde (Emile Hirsch, who could double for diCaprio) were excellent BUT probably would made an even better just 2 hour movie. seemed to have a lot of "filler" and it kinda turned into a "chick flick". hopefully part two will have more action.

Mrs and I finally watched part 2. was better that Part 1 BUT would say overall NOT as good as the 1967 Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway movie. DID go into more historic detail though. didn't know they operated in Florida and the Gulf Coast.
overall worth watching and I'm sure both Holliday Grainger and esp Emile Hirsch will be getting some more movie offers
