Chris Rock is not funny

Question

Wife rented "I think I love my wife" last night  -- Chris Rock playing the leading role.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Not only is he a terrible actor....I dont think I laughed once during the entire movie (which is a comedy).  His white folks jokes are getting incredibly old.....I think he was confusing this role with a standup routine from 15 years ago.  Weak joke after weak joke.

although i do think that in some of the skits on snl he was pretty funny, as a solo performer chris rock is no eddie murphy.  in his heyday murphy was hilarious, both as a standup and an actor.  chris rock is just plain annoying. he&#x27;s just another black standup who thinks that by cursing alot, and making fun of white folks he can gain an audience. his star will eventually fizzle out.

Yeah, it&#x27;s typical of him to do the white folks jokes because he doesn&#x27;t have any material. All the black comedians use the white jokes- Why is that? Not to open a big can of worms but if a white comedian refers to blacks in his jokes, it&#x27;s racism. BTW, Chris Rock is one obnoxious douchebag.

Another annoying thing about the movie was the premise of some super hot chick hot for Chris Rock&#x27;s cock the entire movie.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Note to Chris: You are an ugly dude.    Next time you co-write a movie and give yourself the role of leading man...give yourself an ugly wife and ugly girlfriend and it might make it a little more believable for everyone.

He is a GREAT stand up though.  His old show, The Chris Rock Show was as good as Chappelle&#x27;s.  His stand up show, Bigger and Blacker, was hilarious.

Rock has always joked long and hard about african americans but again Whites hear what they want to hear. &#xD;&#xA;A joke is a joke and if its in that context then its funny. Forget about the race involved, thats what stand up comics do.  As far as "I think I love my wife" that wasnt one of his best movies but he has been in others that were hillarious.  Take one movie (no doubt his worse) and say he cant act. &#xD;&#xA;Yeah you got alot of hate man
