I'm hooked on this show which airs on the Travel Network...These 3 guys go to the most haunted places in the world and lock themselves inside and try to provoke the spirits to get proof that they exist.  Once they go in, they only use night vision cameras and they are walking around in pitch black darkness.....

Worth watching if you get a chance...
