Yes I watched it last Friday night. Personally I think it sucked compared to the original. Only reason I went is because everyone I spoke to raved about it and I know Denzel Washington is in it and I have rarely (if ever) seen a bad Denzel movie. Well folks now I have. Denzel was playing his Training Day persona in this movie and it didn't fit. I hated it. Laughed a parts that were not supposed to be funny because it was fricking cheesy/cringy. Whoever really liked this movie never really appreciated or likely seen the original.

Some movies are just not meant to have a sequel - Gladiator was one of those movies (I haven't watched the 2nd one - but I know I won't like it) - that story was told masterfully in the 1st one and especially the ending was good - so how on earth should they top that?
