This is like comic book come to life. The entire movie takes place on wheels. Like the movie Speed in a post-apocalyptic world with the most deranged characters ever imagined.
Loved the casting, loved the main villain, loved the cinematography. The movie is short of words but the action, in all its glorious intensity, makes up for it.
LOVED every minute over. I was wowed. Best $15 I spent at the movie in years. You won't regret it!

trailers look interesting. IF it's half as good as the 1981 Mad Max 2 - The Road Warrior with Mel Gibson and Bruce Spence should be excellent.
Rotten Tomatoes with a 98% "Certified Fresh" BUT I am skeptical of their reviews. too many times they go crazy for movies I think are complete "tripe" like Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) with a 91% "Certified Fresh" yet they threw rocks at the sci-fi horror Mimic (1997) with only a 61% and Johnny Depp's horror mystery From Hell (2001) with only 57% BOTH of which I found to be excellent

I can honestly tell you, it is so good, I'd be willing to refund your money if you didn't like it.
I'm serious about that.
Rotten Tomatoes is 100% accurate this time. The movie is tremendous.
The opening scene ALONE, will have you breathing heavy with excitement.
And from there it gets more intriguing and intense.
Do yourself a favor and go see it.
Not trying to waste anyone's time or money here.
It is the best movie of the year and that includes Avengers 2 fans.

I'm glad to hear that it's not a CGI crap-fest. That would have been disappointing.
Whatever they did with the CGI (and clearly some scenes have to be CGI as they are too amazing to have been real) it all comes across as real on the desert landscape, blending seamlessly, that is, the viewer will be completely engrossed and by into it.
I just want the directors, actors, producers and the studios to be rewarded for releasing such a great film by spreading the word (and seeing more like it in the future), given it was beaten last weekend by almost $30 million by a movie called....Pitch Perfect 2.

Yea, it kicks behind. A must-see in the theaters, imv. Highly recommended. Needs to be supported or else Hollywood will continue to churn out more crap and less quality.

I wouldn't recommend 3d for any movie. It's unnecessary. I will say I saw it in 3D because that was the only showing and the one good thing about it is this heavy metal guitar player who jumps out of the screen (he's actually one of the coolest characters in the movie even though he doesn't speak).
Now that I think about it, maybe 3d is worth it. The opening scene in 3d is truly intense.
Tellin' ya guys, you have 2 more weeks. If you don't do it this weekend, you'll have one more week. Home viewing simply is not going to compare to the theater experience.
Listen to what the critics say this time. They are spot on.
I don't think there will be a better movie this summer outside of Black Mass with Johnny Depp.
