I have been preaching "Localization" for a looooooong time.
The government is trying to make the world codependant on each other... not gonna work... only makes all collapse together at the same time.
If we are localized we can do for ourself like it was done before.
Growth has a natural order and when they force it they are only doing what an athlete does with roids... last a while then implodes.
The balance of the natural order must and will be restored... by desire OR desperation to do so.
I'm not talking global warming bullshit... I'm talking about people living within the means that their communitities provide them.
Millions of people in a city and 99.9% of them would die without having a cash based society where they can buy what they desire. How many could survive in a world without long range food or fuel supplied to them or water that is running out faster than most are aware of.
Growth is not always a good thing... unless it happens slowly and naturaly. Just because we can do things farther and faster does not mean it's always a good ideal.
After the next big die off... things will have to change... or... maybe the dying will not stop this time.
We will see what happens.

I also believe that people need to learn how to NOT need much.
Most need today is from artificial want created by marketers who wanna push their products on people.
I remember living without a computer or cellphone. Life worked back then and we did not live in caves. Now if you don't have a computer or cellphone you are "not in step" with society. Heck if you don't use em you're not gonna have a good job most likely.
Why does everyone have to NEED so much?
Because they TELL you to need it and people do what they tell you to do.
I'm just letting off steam but I hope you understand.

there's a lot of steam to blow......this shit going on really needs to change but millions of ppl are so retarded its depressing.
at the same time....we need solutions to these problems to which there is none....ie: where do you find water for consumption when our govt/corps. pollute them so we are forced to BUY water that's contaminated.
i feel fear for our children....this is why i cant have kids.
